The Saint Thomas More Society is led by a board of governors composed of four officers (president, vice president, secretary, and treasurer) and eight at-large voting members. The Board meets regularly to plan events, discuss charitable initiatives, and oversee the general business of the Society.

The Board of Governors meets every second Thursday of the month at 7:30 a.m. In-person meetings occur at the Diocesan Center following 7:00 a.m. Mass.
